Agreeing on a service schedule
Service frequency depends on trap capacity, kitchen use and the requirements for your premises. Keep your previous cleaning records and any required service schedule available when booking. We can discuss recurring cleans; check your approval conditions separately rather than relying on a generic interval.
What affects the price?
Trap size, accumulated waste and access affect the job. A trap beside a loading area has different access needs from one inside a kitchen or behind a locked gate. Tell us about opening hours and access restrictions so we can quote for the actual site.
Before the truck arrives
Tell us where the tank or pit is, how the truck can reach it, and whether there are gates, narrow driveways or other access limits. If you have system plans or previous service records, these can help us identify the right access point. Let us know about any other tanks or pits that need attention when you book.
