Cleaning wastewater collection pits

Before the truck arrives
Tell us where the tank or pit is, how the truck can reach it, and whether there are gates, narrow driveways or other access limits. If you have system plans or previous service records, these can help us identify the right access point. Let us know about any other tanks or pits that need attention when you book.
Sewer pit cleaning questions
Is sewer pit cleaning the same as septic cleaning?
No. A sewer collection pit and a septic treatment tank have different roles. If your property has a septic tank, see septic tank pump-outs and cleaning.
Can you clean a pit that has pumps?
We clean liftwells and pumping station chambers. Let us know about pumps, alarms and faults when booking; cleaning is separate from mechanical or electrical repairs.
